Born and raised in Katy, TX, Kylee grew up riding horses and showing pigs before following her passion into the beauty industry. After graduating hair school in March 2026, she joined the team at New City Blonde and is excited to begin her career behind the chair. As a new resident to Austin, Kylee enjoys thrifting and trying local coffee shops!
